    Source and fix dry-cargo tonnage across Mediterranean, Red Sea, and Arabian Gulf trades. Work alongside our commercial desk to handle time and voyage charters, market intelligence, and post-fixture support.

    • 3+ years dry cargo chartering or broking experience.
    • Strong network of owner and charterer relationships in the region.
    • Fluent English; Arabic preferred.

    Operations Superintendent

    Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple vessels with our 1:3 superintendent ratio. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you'll be accountable for safety, compliance, drydock, repairs, and crew coordination.

    • Chief Engineer or Master Mariner Class 1 — Unlimited.
    • 5+ years sea-going experience plus 3+ years shore-side superintendence.
    • Strong working knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, SOLAS, MARPOL.
    • Experience with older tonnage and complex repair programmes preferred.
