Operations Superintendent
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple vessels with our 1:3 superintendent ratio. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you'll be accountable for safety, compliance, drydock, repairs, and crew coordination.
- Chief Engineer or Master Mariner Class 1 — Unlimited.
- 5+ years sea-going experience plus 3+ years shore-side superintendence.
- Strong working knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, SOLAS, MARPOL.
- Experience with older tonnage and complex repair programmes preferred.
